Skills:- *work as SCM head and will be responsible over all purchase, VD & PPC planning, store & dispatch*
1. zero based costing knowledge
2. cost negotiation of BOP parts tooling and assembly lines
3. Must have exp. of vendor upgradation of MSIL tier 2 suppliers or Honda tier 2 suppliers
4. Can handle 50-60 suppliers
5. To ensure timely supplies of all BOP parts
6. Imported parts/RM planning and procurement
7. Can handle supplier’s issues independently
8. Must have exp. of ERP system
9. Can make PO, s
10. all purchase related and IATF documents
11. To ensure 0 lines stoppage due to child parts
