1)- Knowledge of incoming inspection & issue
2)- Supplier Audit / control/ Upgradation
3)- Able to make a power point presentation
4)- Knowledge of customer complaint handling
5)- Knowledge of documentation (IATF, VSA & CARV)
6)- Can handle 12-15 team members
7)- Able to prepare 5W1H
